Choir

Beginning: Open to all students without  audition.  Students  will  learn fundamental  singing  and performance techniques as well as basic music theory (reading and writing musical symbols) which will include ear-training and sight-singing methods. This is a performance-based class. Participation in all rehearsals and performances, during or after school, is mandatory.

Advanced: A select choir open to all students by audition. Students will learn singing and performance techniques as well as more advanced music theory concepts which will include sight-singing methods, critical listening, and rhythmic and melodic dictation. Attendance at all rehearsals and performances, during or after school, is mandatory.
